The Avelta Chip Spreader (AVL-CS) mounts at the rear of a tipper truck and meters stone chips evenly onto a fresh bitumen tack coat for surface dressing. A wide hopper receives the aggregate from the truck body and releases it through an adjustable gate over a spreading roller for a uniform, controllable spread rate.
Simple, rugged and easy to fit to a standard tipper, the AVL-CS gives consistent chip cover across the full width for a durable seal.
